1) Processing & production time

Processing time depends on whether the item is in stock or made-to-order.

Common timelines (guideline):

  • In-stock items: typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment approval.

  • Made-to-order / customized items: typically require 7–14 business days production time before dispatch.

If your order includes multiple items, we may ship together or separately depending on readiness and logistics.

2) Delivery time

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or confirmed in writing, we aim for delivery within up to 14 business days from order approval (production + shipping).
Business days are Sunday–Thursday (excluding Israeli public holidays).

3) Shipping rates

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

4) Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, we will provide tracking details by email or via your order status page once your order is dispatched.

5) Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct.
If a shipment is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to receive delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping/handling costs.
