These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of alenadiamonds.com (the “Site”). By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility

You must be 18+ to place an order, or have a parent/guardian’s consent and involvement. By using the Site, you represent that you are legally able to enter a binding contract.

3) Accuracy of information

We aim to provide accurate product and pricing information, but errors may occur. If we discover an error (e.g., pricing, description, availability), we may correct it and/or cancel an order and refund any amounts paid.

4) Orders and payment

Orders are subject to payment authorization, verification, and availability. We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorized transactions, or other legitimate issues.

5) Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping timelines, delivery, returns, and refunds are described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.

6) Product Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your purchase within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the product has not been delivered to you (and in any case, before the order is dispatched/handed to the shipping carrier). The cancellation will be accepted only by written notice sent to info@alenadiamonds.com. Your message must include your full name, order number, phone number, and the item(s) you wish to cancel.

If the product has already been dispatched, cancellation will be handled as a return after delivery. The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete, unused, and without any damage/defect of any kind, in accordance with our return instructions.

Cancellations, refunds, and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations.

7) Custom / made-to-order items

Certain items may be custom, made-to-order, or personalized. Such items may be excluded from cancellation/return rights under applicable law where exceptions apply.

8) Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

Use the Site for unlawful purposes
Attempt to breach security or access restricted areas
Scrape, crawl, or reverse engineer the Site
Interfere with Site operations or other users
Misrepresent your identity or use unauthorized payment methods

9) Intellectual property

All Site content (text, images, logo, graphics, product photography, design) is owned by or licensed to Alena Diamonds and protected by intellectual property laws. No copying or commercial use without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alena Diamonds will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from use of the Site or products.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.

15) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in the Tel Aviv District will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
